The Role:

As Senior Site Manager, you won’t just oversee builds — you’ll lead, influence, and deliver excellence on site.

Reporting to an experienced Contracts Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to run your development while benefiting from strong support and clear direction.

You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Driving health & safety excellence across all site operations.
  • Ensuring full compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Leading site inspections and proactively reducing defects (RI’s/BRI’s).
  • Managing build programmes to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Controlling build costs and approving subcontractor payments.

Essential Qualifications:
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
