This is a rare opportunity to step into a role that has been shaped over many years by a key figure within the business, with a planned and structured transition ahead of their retirement in 2026.

You won’t be expected to “pick things up as you go”.
You will be brought in early, supported properly, and given the time to embed yourself into both the projects and the leadership team.

The Opportunity:

This is a senior, influential role within the business, combining hands on project delivery with a strong commercial and contractual focus.

You will:

• Take ownership of multiple live projects across the region.
• Play a key role in maintaining and enhancing project delivery standards.
• Work closely with senior leadership on the future direction of operations.
• Support and mentor emerging talent, including a Senior Site Manager stepping into Project Management.
• Be part of a structured handover, working alongside a highly experienced professional before their retirement.

This is a position where your input will genuinely shape how the business operates going forward.
