The Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key part in delivering regional sales performance. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core responsibility will be to achieve sales targets while building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets in line with quarterly development and regional objectives.
  • Manage a personal sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and risks and escalating as required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the homebuying journey.
  • Present house types, specifications, options and incentives clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Progress sales through exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, IFAs, estate agents and surveyors.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and achieve strong customer feedback scores.
What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Experience in a branded, target-driven sales environment (new homes, retail, hospitality or similar).
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements (e.g. Consumer Code, GDPR, AML).
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer service focus, including aftersales support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
