Sales Advisor
Location: Cathcart and Boness

We are pleased to be supporting a well‑established residential developer as they look to appoint two Sales Advisors across their Cathcart and Boness developments.
Both sites are double‑staffed, allowing a rota that genuinely supports work‑life balance, something still pretty rare in new‑build sales.
The Role:
You’ll be the face of the development, guiding customers through their home‑buying journey from first enquiry through to handover. This is a customer‑focused, relationship‑driven role where your personality and approach matter just as much as your experience.
The days off with this developer are slightly different as they move to a 7 day a week opening pattern and you will be able to select from either:
Friday & Saturday or
Sunday & Monday
That means real weekend time back while still doing the job you enjoy!
About You:
You do not need to come from new build sales although this would be advantageous. Our client is very open to candidates from outside the industry where the right transferable skills shine through.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident, personable and customer‑focused.
- Commercially aware with a strong eye for detail.
- Comfortable working to targets.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy sales environment.
- A genuine team player who works well alongside others.
Because these are double staffed sites, building a strong working relationship with your fellow Sales Advisor is key.
