Are you an organised, detail‑driven administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced new home sales environment?

Our client is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their busy team in Larbert. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key part of their sales function, supporting the full customer journey and ensuring the smooth progression of new home sales across the Groups many brands.

The Role:

As Sales Administrator, you’ll support the sales process from start to finish, ensuring accurate records, smooth communication, and timely progression of each transaction. You’ll work closely with internal teams, estate agents and solicitors, providing high‑quality administrative support that keeps everything moving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Liaising with estate agents regarding assisted move and part‑exchange activity.
  • Working with construction teams to track build progress and gather required documentation.
  • Updating and overseeing the in‑house customer portal.
  • Completing transaction reports to support solicitors with legal completions.
  • Maintaining the sales system with all relevant paperwork and information to progress sales.
About You:

You’ll bring accuracy, organisation and a proactive mindset to the role. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and communicating professionally, you’ll be a reliable support to the wider sales team.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • SCQF Level 5 education or relevant administration experience.
  • Previous experience or understanding of a sales environment (desirable, not essential).
  • Strong administrative skills, including preparing reports and inputting sales data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A flexible, team‑focused approach.
