Working alongside an experienced Site Manager and supportive Contracts Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high quality homes while gaining valuable experience on a flagship development.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of site operations and subcontractors.
• Assisting in driving the construction programme to achieve key milestones.
• Monitoring build quality to ensure homes are completed to the highest standards.
• Promoting a positive health and safety culture, carrying out inspections and maintaining compliance.
• Helping to coordinate labour, materials and plant to keep works progressing efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with internal departments to deliver an outstanding customer journey through inspections and home handovers.
• Leading sections of the build independently while continuing to develop your management experience.

About You:

We’re keen to hear from Assistant Site Managers who have experience within the new build housing sector and are looking to continue their progression with an established developer.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience working as an Assistant Site Manager within residential housebuilding.
• A proactive approach and the confidence to take ownership of your areas of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with subcontractors and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for delivering quality homes and exceptional customer service.
• Current SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification.
