The Role:
As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll support the Site Manager in driving day to day operations, maintaining build quality, ensuring health & safety compliance, and keeping the development running smoothly. Our client takes pride in producing thoughtfully designed homes built to high standards. Your role will be central to making that happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily management of the Shawfair site and workforce.
- Ensure all works are completed to the company’s high quality standards.
- Maintain strict health & safety protocols and site documentation.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades.
- Monitor build progress against schedules, addressing issues proactively.
- Support customer handover processes, ensuring an excellent client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, pride, and a passion for high quality delivery.
You will ideally have:
- Experience in a similar Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor role.
- Knowledge of NHBC standards and residential construction methods.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant site.
- SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid certifications (or working towards these).
