The Role:

Working alongside an experienced Site Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a live housing development. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following day-to-day duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the production programme by coordinating trades, direct labour and materials.
  • Keeping Health and Safety requirements up to date by supporting each area of works on a daily basis.
  • Carrying out inspections of all show homes when required.
  • Working in conjunction with the Sales Team.
  • Regularly attending Sales/Build meetings as required.
  • Adhering to all Sales/Build procedures as required.
  • Supporting the Site Manager to ensure that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed.
  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers.
  • Liaising with contractors to keep the site and compound tidy and clean at all times.

About You:

  • Experience working on housing developments.
  • Familiarity with NHBC regulations and customer care standards is preferred.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates are essential.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Confident communicator with a willingness to learn and take guidance.
