The Role:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior surveying team. Your core responsibility will be to assist in managing costs and contracts for various construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
- Support the procurement process, including tendering and contract negotiation.
- Monitor project costs and progress, preparing regular financial reports.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance.
- Assist in resolving any contractual or financial disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and project documentation.

- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
