The Role:

Working closely with the Architectural Manager and wider delivery teams, you will support the technical coordination and delivery of residential developments from planning through to construction.

This role would suit someone who enjoys problem solving, thrives in a busy environment and wants to continue developing their career within the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing working drawings and technical information for live developments.
• Coordinating bespoke housing details and resolving technical challenges.
• Managing and responding to technical queries from site teams.
• Coordinating supplier information and integrating into drawing packages.
• Producing and managing technical detailing and documentation.
• Supporting Building Regulations approvals and compliance processes.
• Coordinating surveys, landscaping information and management plans.
• Producing legal and sales support information including deed plans.
• Managing technical documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting NHBC portal administration and planning activities.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and sustainability standards.

What We’re Looking For:

•  Experience within a technical or architectural role in residential housebuilding.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and technical processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment.
• Collaborative approach and strong team ethic.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Architecture, Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
