As an Architectural Manager, you will be the principal architectural contact for designated developments within the region. This role is pivotal in supporting the design stages of each project, ensuring that every detail aligns with the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, local authorities, and other external bodies, contributing to the delivery of projects from proposal through to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in developing technical solutions, preparing design documentation, and coordinating activities across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Producing, coordinating, and managing the flow of architectural and technical information.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
- Supporting the management and coordination of external consultants.
- Attending project team meetings.
- Ensuring designs are correctly implemented during construction.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for detail, accuracy, and design quality. A HNC/HND or degree-level qualification in Architecture or Architectural Technology is essential. This will be combined with extensive working knowledge of Scottish Building Standards and NHBC Requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong general IT skills are also required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively on your own initiative, and a commitment to teamwork are crucial.
